In February, the Chapter offered a day-long session by Dale Carnegie with great success. 100% of the respondents to our survey said they'd like us to present more Dale Carnegie training. We always listen to your feedback, and we're happy to announce that on August 20th, we'll be holding our first Summer Management Training, called "Team Member Engagement." This workshop will be taught by the same folks who presented our February training, so we know you'll enjoy the day.

This was a year of transformation for the chapter. Inspired by great ideas shared by other chapters at the 2007 Leadership Meeting, a committee was formed to revisit our chapter strategies. As a result of this study, we have made significant changes to our Board structure to create efficiencies and allow for a considerable increase in member services.
