PMI Buffalo Plans to Provide Assistance to Community Nonprofits PMI Buffalo is embarking on an innovative program to promote project management best practices to project leaders from nonprofit organizations by harnessing the talents and knowledge of PMI Buffalo membership. The Project Management for Nonprofits Program is designed to provide training and mentoring to program participants. A key component of this program is the Project Management Toolbox for Nonprofits - a set of best practice templates in electronic format to assist with execution of projects.
