Learn for the first time, or brush up on the soft skills that are important to our everyday jobs.  This Event will cover 4 areas and be very interactive.  Be prepared for some discussion and to share some of your experiences.

1.    Leading and Managing Along the Dotted Lines- This discussion will continue from the dinner meeting (Tues 3/16/10).  The discussion will be focused on getting people on the same page from different departments, those challenging barriers of having resources that do not report to you and what works well and what’s does not.  Be prepared to talk about an experience (good or bad).
