President's Message - January, 2016
On behalf of the PMI Buffalo Chapter’s Board and Directors, I wish you all a safe and happy new year!
We’ve just published our 1st & 2nd Quarter 2016 Events program, so please take a look at this summary and reserve the dates. We will be providing an overview of the new Continuing Certification Requirements changes in January, touring Riverworks for our annual meeting in February, and rounding out our 1st Qtr with a visit to the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. In between the above events, we also have 3 breakfast roundtables for you early birds!
Our 2nd Qtr events in April will include a Volunteer Recognition dinner, a breakfast roundtable, and a dinner and Professional Development Day featuring Susane Madsen. Susanne will be presenting “The Secret to Authentic Leadership in Projects”. Details on our May and June events will be published in the near future.
We hope that you will join us for multiple events during the winter and spring seasons. Also – please consider volunteering to round out your resume and to earn PDUs. (See our website – About Us\Volunteer Postings. Remember - 1 hour of volunteer work = 1 PDU.)
