One of PMI's principal aims is to promote the implementation of the principals of project management, particularly with those who are not yet aware of how critical these can be to the success of an initiative. This involves building—and continually fortifying—relationships with PMO directors, Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and C-Level Executives. Focusing on education and innovation, perseverance, and going the extra mile are indispensable components of great project management.
