What types of pharmaceutical companies are there in Western NY and worldwide - what do they do, what kind of projects are worked there? What are the steps/project phases to bring a pharmaceutical to market? Who are the shareholders and what type of 3rd party vendors are involved in projects? What regulations and regulatory agencies are involved and documentation requirements to be included in project considerations? What are the common challenges faced by project managers in this field? PMI Buffalo member Shawn Zadah will answer these questions and more. Join us in the newly renovated Hotel Lafayette as we learn how project management play a role in the pharmaceutical industry, locally and globally.
