One of PMI's principal aims is to promote the implementation of the principals of project management, particularly with those who are not yet aware of how critical these can be to the success of an initiative. This involves building—and continually fortifying—relationships with PMO directors, Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and C-Level Executives. Focusing on education and innovation, perseverance, and going the extra mile are indispensable components of great project management. We aim to make inroads in the Buffalo and greater WNY, corporate community, demonstrating how PMI Buffalo, and project management principal implementation, can help companies to more efficiently meet their strategic goals.
