Dear PMI Buffalo Members,
Continuing the momentum from our first quarter, I want to thank everyone who joined us for our recent virtual events. The energy and engagement were fantastic, and we have more great things on the horizon.
I also want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for all the volunteers who have stepped forward in recent weeks. Whether you’re helping to plan events, organize our upcoming 30th Anniversary Picnic, or supporting the day-to-day operations of our chapter, your contributions are vital to our success. PMI Buffalo thrives because of your passion and commitment.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to announce two upcoming in-person events:
- April 24: Our Volunteer Appreciation Event – a special evening dedicated to recognizing the incredible people who give their time and talents to our chapter.
- May 20: In-person session on AI Tools in Project Management , featuring Jeff Manhardt . This will be an insightful and timely discussion on the evolving role of AI in our profession.
And mark your calendars! Our 30th Anniversary Picnic will be held on Saturday, September 13 , from noon to 4 PM. This will be a fun and festive event to celebrate three decades of project management excellence in Buffalo.
Thank you for being an active part of our community. Let’s keep the momentum going and make this a strong and memorable year for PMI Buffalo.
Best regards,
Vince McKeown
President, PMI Buffalo
