This session is intended to introduce attendees to the principles of project management, along with tools, techniques and templates that can be used to more effectively work on a project. By applying these principles and using these tools the project team has a greater probability of delivering successful outcomes. The training session will use a combination of instructor presentation and hands-on exercises to introduce the concepts and reinforce the learning.
