Speaker Bio: Mike LaManna

Administrative Vice President, User Experience Manager at M&T Bank
From managing teams on Microsoft product launches, to leading the user experience and design-thinking approach for M&T Bank, and developing campaigns for Barclays, Coca-Cola and the U.S. Postal Service, Mike specializes in defining, designing and delivering solutions that align user needs with business outcomes.
Mike’s accomplishments include being awarded more than 50 U.S. patents, leading a user experience team for the Windows Store app to compete with both Apple iTunes and Google Play, and designing software used by millions of customers every day. His work has been recognized by AIGA, Print magazine and American Corporate Identity Awards, among others.
In addition to serving as an adjunct faculty instructor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mike has presented to numerous academic and professional audiences, including the University of Maryland, University of Washington, World Usability Day, and the Exploratorium in San Francisco.
