September 26, 2023 Dinner Meeting - Artificial Intelligence

Ways of Working

TOPIC: Generative AI has the potential to revolutionize project management by automating many of the tasks that are currently done manually. This includes tasks such as creating project plans, scheduling tasks, and tracking progress. Generative AI can also be used to generate reports and presentations, which can help project managers to communicate more effectively with stakeholders.

In this presentation, we will discuss how generative AI can be used for project management. We will provide examples of how generative AI has been used in real-world projects, and we will discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with using this technology. We will also provide recommendations for how project managers can get started with generative AI.

This presentation is intended for project managers, business analysts, and other professionals who are interested in learning more about how generative AI can be used to improve project management.
