Digital Transformation Dinner Meeting
Managing a digital transformation project can be a formidable undertaking. Since the pandemic, the acceleration rate of transformations has increased by 7-10 years putting more demand on project teams. Unfortunately, despite billions spent on Digital Transformation, less than one-third of the value is being achieved per a recent McKinsey survey. Through the use of the latest technologies and delivery methodologies, you can significantly increase the success rate of your transformation effort.
Senior Managing Consultant at IBM Consulting Services Extreme Automation Practice, Jim Pokoj, will walk us through some steps that can help you plan and execute your project/program effectively. Join us on Tuesday, February 20th @ 5:30PM as we learn more about tools, methodologies, and best practices.
