Speaker Bio:

Michelle Tabone has spent the last decade driving large, transformational initiatives using innovative approaches to solve real business problems. As the head of the Project Governance Office for M&T Bank, she developed methodologies, teams, and training for Project Management (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile). She has vast experience in “rescue project management” – being brought into fix problem projects, analyzing current state and root cause, creating a strategy and execution roadmap and turning projects from “Red to Green.”  

Michelle took that experience and started  APPEAR Consulting, working with leaders and teams to increase business agility and help achieve results through creative business transformation.   

Leveraging her diverse experience with problem-solving approaches, (including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking and Scaled Agile in addition to Project, Program and Portfolio Management) she works with clients to diagnose real business problems and custom-tailor solutions to deliver results. 

Most recently she has expanded APPEAR Consulting to offer 1:1 coaching, helping individuals with their own “personal pivots.”
