In many organizations, people who are not professional project managers are called to manage projects. This session is intended to introduce attendees to the principles of project management, along with tools, techniques and templates that can be used to more effectively work on a project. By applying these principles and using these tools the project team has a greater probability of delivering successful outcomes. The training session will use a combination of instructor presentation and hands-on exercises to introduce the concepts and reinforce the learning.
